INTERPRETING DATA

Data analysis is used by researchers to assist them with the interpretation of raw information. Data analysis can be used to describe facts, identify patterns and develop explanations for gathered information (data). I used a survey questionnaire to collect information on Access Database 2007 from the B. Ed (Hons) CAT specialization students to detect their knowledge and skills of the program. CREATING A SURVEY IN MICROSOFT WORD

Survey questionnaires present a set of questions to a subject/criteria that with his/her responses will provide data to a researcher. You must plan and design the survey form/questionnaire very carefully. Thus, I created a survey to determine the progress of the B. ed (Hons) students' knowledge and skills of Access Database 2007. ACCESS DATABASE FORMS AND MACROS

Controls are objects that present data, perform actions, and let you view and work with information that enhances the user interface, such as labels and images. A macro was created to open the interface Main Menu. Links were created to make the menu work. Click here to open Access Database with an interface.

ACCESS DATABASE MACROS

A macro is an instrument that allows you to automate tasks and add functionality to your forms, reports, and controls. E.g., if you add a command button to a form, you link the button’s On Click event to a macro and the macro contains the commands that you want the button to perform each time it is clicked. Click here to find Access Database macros activity.

QUIZ IN HTML

The aim of a quizz is to determine a winner from a group of contestant. The contestant with the highest score usually wins. Quizzes are creative, informative and fun for learners to test themselves. The learners enjoy it when they can practise a test again until they know the content of the concepts. Click here to test  my adapted ready made quiz on Access Reports.
